Mr. Graeme Mew is an advocate, arbitrator and mediator practicing in Toronto at Nicholl Paskell-Mede LLP. He is particularly well known as a sports arbitrator and traveled around the globe dealing with international sports disputes. On Wednesday August 24th, Graeme spoke on the subject of “Keeping Sport Disputes Out of the Courts.” He was witty, entertaining and very informative. Mr. Mew explained the development of arbitration in sports over the last two decades and how it has evolved from bickering in pubs to international panels and regulations.
